Cool, decent weather for both Monday and Tuesday, thanks Metro. Funny how the two days I might go out to the parks are the lowest temp days. And big difference on Saturday between this chart & Weather.com - it says 86 for Saturday, but then again, it also said 94 for a day later this week thats been changed to 89.

But, thanks again neighbor!

Anybody get caught in that 10 - 15 minute downpour this past Sunday around 9:30am? We had just entered Pastamore for breakfast when the downpour began. When we finished eating, the rain stopped.

I work outside in this weather.Believe me the humidity is on the rise.Wends-Thurs is going to be brutal.

i got a question. how is the weather in mid june?
last time i went the state of Florida was experiencing a weird pattern that was cool and it rained all day everyday. is the weather is more like sun, sun, clouds, downpour for a half hr, then sun?:confused3

no, but we got caught in two downpours yesterday (monday) .. had to stop into nascar because of the rain. thankfully with the clouds though the temps weren't bad at all.

How's the smoke situation up there?

Here in Palm Beach County there have been some pretty hazy/smoky days.

We're driving up to US/IOA on friday and DS has asthma and I'm just wondering if I should bring extra meds with us.

When I went yesterday, I didn't notice any smoke at all, so if it were to stay the same, you'd be fine. I did smell some slight smoke on the way from our house, but if you kept the windows up, it'd work out. Might be better to be safe then sorry, tho.

Hey, when exactly do those daily afternoon showers start to happen? We always visit in early/mid June and are accustomed to the 3pm shower. Is that kind of weather happening now? Just curious.

Did that happen to be June 2003? If so, I will never forget it....was actually the last time we were at Universal. I have never seen rain like it in my life. It did not stop. At all. For a week.

It rained from the ground up, inside of our ponchos. But we kept going and going, running through Curious George land as if that big bucket of water would make any difference at all!

The people who lived there even said they'd never seen anything like it.

come to think of it was 2003. at the time i remember seeing something about how texas got all this rain and it kept going to central florida. the top temperature no lie was like 74 degrees

The forecast has changed a little for the weekend. Now they are saying mid 80's for the weekend and not much chance of rain.

Thats how it was on Monday, rain started around 2ish, same yesterday but I live 30 mins from the park, so not sure if it was similar weather over there. And yeah, too bad that weather is for this weekend, or I'd be dying to go to the park, looks like good weather.

I'm going over sometime this weekend.

can I say that I dislike you, mister West? lol
I might go on Monday, though. I feel bad for anyone at the parks today, I think it rained pretty well .. atleast it did down here, and a bunch of the rides at IOA aren't showing on the wait board (Hulk, DD, Popeye)
