I have a 5 year old Orlando Universal hopper ticket with 2 days left on them. We are thinking about going to California this summer. Could we use it there?
note i did ask last year when we visited if i could use my Orlando PAP there to no avail
ps found their FOTL pass was double the typical rate of Orlando's for same time period too, so we skipped it depsite it being really crowded mid-week, end of June
Universal Hollywood and Universal Orlando are owned by two seperate companies. I found this out the hard way when I tried to use my annual pass at Universal Hollywood.

Read a stock tip last year that InBev, current owner of Anheuser-busch; was looking to sell Busch Gardens to them. Certainly would put them on a bigger playing field as to themepark status in FL
As i understood, the idea was to then merge with Universal/NBC properties haven't heard anything since...how about u?always looking for insider info

I have heard this through various rumor mills, but nothing to confirm this. I do not deny that it could happen and if it did the parks would merge (they all ready work together on joint efforts on various projects), it would make for a powerful set of parks in the Orlando area. I do know that Universal would not do it on there own, Blackstone would have to be involved.
