Looking at going for 7 nights to get a Disney/Harry Potter Land fix from 27th/4th December not been before can anyone whose been tell me what I can expect weather crowds to be like around this period and also what are the must do's.

I'm convinced just got to work on other half who is saying but we are going next August!

Thanks in advance.

That's Thanksgiving weekend so it will be pretty busy. Weather should be pleasant. If you can I'd go the following week instead as it will be quieter :)

The Saturday and sunday you arrive will be busy as it's thanksgiving weekend but the rest of the week will be fine been a few time this time of the year and the parks were really quiet after thanksgiving weekend If your planning shopping you should get great deals as after thanksgiving sales are great :)

Were flying 4th December - flight prices seem quite reasonable. When we were researching we chose to go a little later than your dates to avoid the thanksgiving crowds and hotel rates :)

My cheapest and best quote from Dreams Unlimited is for the dates asked my agent what it would be for dates the week after and she said it would go up by $200. We are only going to be doing Disney this time going to wait until next aug/september to do US.

VA miles plus money flights are 440 each plus 2000 miles each. Not bad I thought so going to book these and then go POP for a week which includes the free quickservice if we went the following week she said its a dining black out week.

Free dining isn't on that week because pop warner is on, I would not stay at the values that week because of it I have heard too many bad reports! I would go the dates your looking at in that case!:-)

Sound's like the best idea then. :cool1:

The quote for POP brought us out cheaper than the cheapest of offisite hotels etc that we was looking for once we weighed up car/food/parking etc so we are going to do POP and use the buses.

I agree, there's no way I would stay at the values while Pop Warner is on. :scared1: We've been a few time the first two weeks in Dec. We've always been aware that Pop Warner was on but up until last Dec. it didn't seem to have much impact on the parks. However last Dec it seemed like there were cheerleaders and football players everywhere. It wouldn't have been as bad if they's been quiet but of course they were cheering, which was ok at first but after a while became really annoying! Once Pop Warner was over the parks were a lot quieter and the lines were a lot shorter! :woohoo:

Check out Va website, prices are cheaper now.. without using M+M

Just looked and standard prices is now only £10 more than what it is with the miles plus money fare for the two of us.

Does anyone know if their is usually a miles plus money fare sale that goes along with the bank holidays weekend sale?

Thanks :)
