My DH and I will be staying in Orlando (staying off site at a condo) and visiting WDW everyday from Nov. 11 - 18th. (No kids, or grandkids this time!!)Need suggestions on how to plan our daily visits to WDW.

Day of arrival, Nov. 11th, thought we would head over to DTD to turn in vouchers for AP's. Probably will eat dinner at DTD, but since it's a Saturday, wasn't sure how crowds would be, and may end up back at condo and using this day as more of a "settling in" day.

Never been to Food & Wine Festival, so was thinking of giving that a try on Sunday, the 12th. Since this is the last day of the festival, will there still be lots going on? And is it worth the visit? Tasting the various foods sounded like lots of fun! Any idea what crowds will be like the last day?

Other than that, don't have much planned out yet. I read on another post about a "un official guide" but no name was mentioned as to the title. The guide provided crowd predictions for days, and would be interested in getting this.

We did purchase AP's (vouchers), and will also be checking into getting a DDE.

Any suggestions for what parks to visit on what days?

Dining suggestions? We will have a rental car, so can get from parks to resorts if need be.

Last time we were at WDW was in 2004. Will be going this November and then back again in Feb. 2007, so if we miss something this trip, will take your suggestions and apply to our Feb. trip. Any and all suggestions greatly appreciated!

I'm suprised I haven't rec'd any comments/suggestions from members. Usually everyone is so helpful. Did I say or do something wrong in my original post!?!? :confused3

It will be VERY crowded on the last day. And its crowded on the weekends as many of the 'locals' like myself come for the day or just one night. Since you have APs, consider going on Saturday to Epcot to get the 'lay of the land' and try a few things and then go back on Sunday but get there early. Int'l Showcase and the food booths open at 11.

When I was there a couple weeks ago on a Saturday, crowds were great until about 1 pm and then got fairly crowded. I still wandered around and soaked up the atmosphere though.

It must be said that Food and Wine is absolutley terrific and if you skip it because you think it'll be too crowded, you'll be kicking yourself. Just go, deal with the crowds and have a wonderful time.
