Orlando Hotel Tax

Does anyone know what the tax percentage is on renting a hotel or villa?? I thought it was 12 percent but not sure???

orange county 11.5%

osceola county 13%

Lake County 4% and 1% surcharge
state tax 6%

Most owners include tax in the quoted price of villa.But always worth double-checking.
