Orlando has been blacklisted....

You reminded me that I've actually been to a meeting in Fort Collins. It was held at Colorado State. I remember having a great time on that trip. After the meeting we went camping in the Rockies, went to Leadville, and we even went to Frontier Days in Cheyenne, WY. Not boring at all.

Dave, I am quite sure you can find something fun and interesting anywhere. You're that kind of a guy. When life give you lemons, you don't make lemonade, you find a way to make lemon squares and share them with the folks around you.

The world needs a few more folks like you, Dave.

Dave-
I think FT Collins is a blast. I stayed here after too many years at Colorado State (took extra long graduating, I loved it so much;))

I thought it was funny the federal gov't openly said Orlando out...boring in.

Granted, there is no WDW here, but the mountains and the microbrews can make for quite a fun day!

I have been to Wyoming about 4 times since I have lived here since 1991though....never made it to Frontier Days, but I supposed I must one day!

What's interesting is that Harper Goff who worked at the Disney Studio and as an Imagineer was from Fort Collins and he did a lot of design work on Disneyland and especially Main Street. Disneyland's Main Street is of course based on Marceline, MO but probably more so based on Fort Collins.

So I guess in a round about way, maybe they should blacklist Fort Collins too.

The discussion on the podcast reminded me of an article that my local paper had just published. My city, Fort Collins, Colorado, is boring enough to have conventions for the feds. And whats even worse, I am from Cleveland, too;)

Oh my goodness I just had to comment because I see so few Colorado folks on here....I live about an hour away from Fort Collins. :) And I think Ft. Collins is fun! Especially if you go down to old town Ft. Collins, it's pretty neat to spend a day there. They have some neat little hole in the wall bars too!

I tell people that & they look at me like I am crazy, but you can certainly see the influence!

Thankfully, you can enjoy beer on our Main Street (aka College Ave!)
