Orlando flex ticket...worth the money???

Hi all!

We're long time Disney vacationers who are taking our first non-Disney Florida vacation and are very very excited! We are staying at the Royal Pacific for 5 nights and then a townhome for 4 nights. I am thinking of purchasing 5 park flex tickets..though the parks we are going to purchase for are : the 2 UNiversal parks, Wet and Wild, Seaworld, and Seaworld's new Aquatopia water park. The price is $234 per person.

We're planning on going to the Univ. parks while we are staying at the RP and then splitting the rest of our trip between Seaworld, smaller local attractions, and Cape Kennedy.

I am assuming these are good for 14 days and that you can park hop? We'd like to be able to go to Aquatopia during the hotter part of the day.

They seem to be well worth the money...have any of you used these and what did you think?

Think of it this way:

$234 per person is less than $20 per day for admission to several parks. The value is very worth it. You'd have to pay each day for parking, but you'll be saving immensely by cutting admission costs.

We bought them for our trip last summer and I thought it was a great value. We were there for 16 days and definitely more than got our money's worth. We bought the one for Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Seaworld, Busch Gardens and Wet n' Wild. You only have to pay to park at one park per day, as long as you keep your paid receipt (my sister found this out the hard way). You can park hop and we did just that on several days. Since we were there in August we got up early, got to one of the parks for rope drop in the morning, left in the early afternoon when it got really hot and the lines got long and then went back at night for a few hours, sometimes to the same park and sometimes to a different one (except BG as we stayed there all day since it was an hour away). I wouldn't hesitate to buy the flex tickets again on our next trip. Check out Undercover Tourist. We got the best deal on the tickets through them.
