Has anyone ever used this? Ever anything in it for Disney World, Universal Studios or Downtown Disney?

I bought it for our upcoming trip. I might break even, but I doubt I will see much benefit. There is a coupon for T-Rex Cafe, so that one may help us out. I think you would have to go to some effort to hit the Orlando businesses that are included.
