There are many individuals that are on the web listing transportation from the Orlando and Sanford airports. Those so-called airport companies don't get the necessary permits or even know what the airport is about. They stick a web site up there and suck you in with beautiful pictures of car, vans and busses claiming they are a huge conglomerate. They actually have none of the above. They get your reservation and than refer you to a driver or company that will pick you up at the airport.
However you are put in the lurch because you will never know who you are actually dealing with. Most of the websites leave you with a phone number, if you are lucky, and an address. They are actually non-customer service transportation businesses. It is in your best interest not to deal with them.
There is only a few protections against using them. The first is to use the transportation businesses that are mentioned on the Disboards, as you will be able to read feed back or get feed back about the company you plan to use, or to go to the Orlando International Airport or the Orlando Sanford International Airport and check out the companies that are permitted at each airport. If the company is permitted at these airports you will have a vehicle that is insured fully and inspected annually. Also each airport has a background on the drivers involved. If you choose a company that is not listed on either one of these sites that you may have made a mistake.
