has anyone stayed at this hotel before they head to Disney?

My kids are driving me nuts because they are so excited...

So to enter the room, there is the balcony that overlooks the airport "waiting area"?
And the room pics on the website show glass doors / windows that overlook the runway?

Is this right?

They are super excited about staying there!

I've stayed there. Roughly half the rooms face outside. Those rooms have views of the airport grounds. The other half of the rooms face inside and overlook the east atrium (gates 70-129).

Although most of the rooms have balconies, some do not. If a balcony is important to you, I'd request that when checking in. To view planes, you'll want to be on a higher floor on the front side of the hotel. Exterior-facing rooms on the sides will come with views of parking garages.

If you get an exterior-facing room and want to see into the atrium, you can do that on lobby level. Conversely, if you're facing inside and want to see outside, you can visit the pool deck or the main restaurant.
