Orlando Airport- Can we do this ?

In December, 4 of us will be arriving on USAirways at 11:25 am and two of us will be arriving on Delta at 11:55. Are these airlines located in the same part of the terminal? Will we have an easy time findiing each other or will we be arriving in totally different parts of the airport? Any suggestions for a good meeting place? We hope to be using Tiffany Towncar. Thanks for any help you can give.

Nope....
Delta's gates are located in airside '4', while US Airways are in airside ' 3 '.

You will have to take the tram to the main terminal and set a location to meet up.

I'd meet up in the baggage claim area. (you should be able to find their baggage claim belt after you have gotten yours. )

Actually, I think Delta may be in "A" and US Airways in "B" (or the other way around, but opposite terminals), so you will be on opposite sides of the airport. Since the Delta flight gets in later, you should probably meet in Delta's baggage claim, recognizing you'll have to "cross" to the other side of the airport to meet them.

They are both on the 'B' side of the airport....baggage claim will be on same side. They are just in different airsides (see map on link). If you still have doubts, check your flight information on www.delta.com and www.usairways.com . They will tell you what gate they are scheduled to arrive in (subject to change). You can then check the link that I provided which shows where that gate is located.

last feb I met up with 3 other people who flew in for MA> on DL and I flew in on usair from pit and we met down below in the lobby area right infront of where national is. it wasn't hard at all.

For a good December meeting place at MCO I suggest the big Christmas tree in the middle of the main level.

Another good meeting place is, if they still have it, is the large non-video sign board with departure and arrival information, also on the main level.
