This is probably an odd question. But...can anyone share with me how they store and organise their DVC and WDW stuff?

I have the big brown box the original paperwork came in which has the DVC member pack in it plus a few box files. I keep park maps, resort maps and info sheets, itineraries, leaflets on area attractions, Vacation Magic and the DVC mail shots. Plus I keep my confirmation printouts and point calculations (from the wonderful Caskbill program).

How do you organise all this stuff so it is in a sensible order? Perhaps I am keeping too much stuff.

Please share your Disney filing system with me! I am usually well organised but this is stumping me!

Thanks,

Well, first of all I scan all my paperwork, so I don't really hang on to paperbased copies unless I have to. That said, I keep our contracts in a box file and Vacation Planners in a dedicated magazine organiser. The confirmation letters go in our "travel box" (where we store everything travel related, from passports to power adapters). The DVC member pack and the backpack are still in the original cardboard box for some reason - guess I never got around to organising them! :teeth: I don't keep maps etc, so I think that's pretty much it...

I keep stuff relating to our contract etc in our original box, and confirmations for accommodation in the holiday file :)
