Organic and / or raw?

We're taking son and daughter in law home this Christmas and they asked about restaurants with organic or raw food. I knew you experts would know. I found organic beer at The Wave (hee hee). Do any of you know of restaurants with organic or raw menu items?

I would be interested to know too. Outside of salads I don't think I have ever seen anything in WDW in our 15 years of restaurant eating.

The Wave also serves organic food for the most part.

Several places serve organic - the Wave, sunshine seasons in the land at EPCOT (I believe) and a few others. But Disney is definitely not on the raw food bandwagon yet (not many places are). I would suggest a buffet where they can get salad and fruit. There are also fruit cards all around the parks.
