Where in the world can I find dry orecchiette pasta? My Publix doesn't have it. Is there a big brand name dry pasta company that makes it or do I have to buy a specialty brand? I've been using shells in the recipe that calls for orecchiette, but I'd rather use the real thing. :confused3

We don't have Stop and Shop, but thank you for letting me know that Barilla makes it. I'll try to find it at a bigger grocery store.

I get Waitrose own brand, so that's no help to you;) I do find it takes quite a while to cook. You could try making your own - jkust pinch small balls of dough between finger and thumb (good for the kids to help with):goodvibes

Did you ever find the orecchietta pasta yet? If not you can pm me and I will be glad to give you the telephone number of an Italian Store in Pgh, PA and they will gladly ship them to you.
