Ordering Ultimate tickets through Disney UK

Reading the FAQ about ordering tickets through Disney UK it says the tickets are sent a couple of weeks before you depart.Are these tickets actually paper tickets that you exchange once over there for a plastic card pass or are you stuck with paper tickets!?

I've just received all my travel docs in the post today from Disney UK (my, but that's an exciting feeling!).

We got a paper voucher to present at check in with the hotel details and another paper voucher with both our names on it to exchange at check in for the 14 day tickets we've bought.

I'd taken today off work to catch up on a few things, including ringing Disney UK to see exactly what we got sent in the post pre-departure, as I wasn't sure either. So it was excellent timing and saved me a phone call.
