I need to order our 10 day no expire passes and the link thru mousesavers for ticketmania has the best price right now. I know many have ordered and say they have had great results, but do you phone in the order or order off the internet site? I am so afraid that I will put in something wrong and I believe it says no refunds. $1500 is a lot of money and I dont want to mess it up!! Any help on the ordering process will be of great value to me!! :dog:

I have ordered from Ticketmania twice. The first time I called since I really try not to order anything on-line. Just recently though for my second order, I called and was told that they prefer you do it on-line and that they were extremely busy and could I please do it on-line which I did. No problems whatsoever. I have not decided if I will be ordering two more 10 day MYW or two APs (we are five).

I've ordered online from them, I think about 5 times now. Never a single problem. As with ordering anything online, triple check it before you hit send...

Hi, I just recently ordered our tickets online. I actually screwed up and didn't use the mousesavers newsletter link. When I figured that out (after I had already purchased the tickets a few days earlier), I e-mailed them and asked if they would honor the newsletter discount (I also e-mailed them proof that I was a subscriber). I didn't fully expect that they would since it was my mistake, but they DID - no questions asked. It saved us an additional $40. I was extremely impressed.

We've also received our tickets even though their promise date wasn't until Monday. My marketing professor always told me to under-promise and over-deliver. Ticketmania is putting that theory to good use!

Don't worry about ordering on-line. They give you two opportunities to verify what you've ordered. Make sure you read it carefully (twice!). If you still feel uncomfortable, give them a call. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. They saved us $104 off for all four tix from the Disney advanced purchased price.

I ordered our tickets this morning and I was also nervous. I checked my order and rechecked it but I am still nervous that I didn't get what I wanted. I know that is silly but it is alot of money. We also purchased the meal vouchers from another link at mousesavers. They do come in handy in the parks. I did that on line too.

Now to just continue counting down the days. :cool1:

I have ordered Park Hoppers and never had a problem at all. This year we wanted to try the dining option, so bought our package, including tickets, thru AAA. However, we did order 2 Pleasure Island tickets thru Ticketmania and once again got stellar service. A wonderful company!

Are there any disadvantages to buying through Ticketmania, rather than from Disney? How far in advance do you have to order the tickets?

I can't see that there are any disadvantages, well not from my side of the water!!We only have the chioce of 4 different tickets here in the UK & can't seem to access the Us site for all "your" options. From what I've seen Ticketmania's prices are better than those at the parks & with the mousesavers discount(that I didn't know about!!) even more so!
HTH SD :paw:

I recently purchased 10 day no expires thru the Mousesavers link and received them in 9 days ( I live in Canada!) and they had also saved me the trouble of copying the backs of the tickets by including a copy with my tickets! I was worried that I may not get what I wanted but they were great and I would definatley use them again.....by the way they deliver for free as well!!!! :flower:
