Ordering "plain" sandwiches at CS places?

I'm really picky when it comes to eating sandwiches. I like it to be only the bread (or bun), meat, and cheese. No vegetables or sauces. Will it be an issue if I order plain sandwiches at the CS locations? Like, if we eat at Pinnochio's Haus and I order the Italian sandwich--but ask that they leave the lettuce, tomato, onions, and salami off (oh, yeah, I don't like salami either). Just wondered if it'll take forever and I'll hold up the line if I order anything "special".

Well I can only speak about ABC Commisary but i ordered a cuban there sans pickles and it took FOREVER!! No you dont hol dup the line, they just keep going down the receipts and you sit htere and wait, which is fine with me but it shuldt have taken that long for pickles. now i just get the sandwich and remove pickles myself. Obviously you cant do that in your case.

Most restaurants shouldnt have a problem unless its prepackaged, and theonly one ive been told that at is Cantina san angel in mexico, i think it was for the burrito.

I eat sandwiches JUST like you! I never had any problems with them being willing to make them plain. I had a couple of times I had to take it back and ask for one w/o toppings again b/c whoever made the sandwich didn't read the ticket carefully (Earl of Sandwich in DD was BAD about this but it was worth it in the end). It might take a little longer, but it can be done!

yea you can definitely get a plain one.

that say I have much better luck (service) in the CS at the hotels than in the parks.

too many times in the parks they just get in the habit of making the sandwiches that way. It takes changing the way that react to do one differently. So it takes much more time and a willing to change.

so yea you will wait for it.
