Ordering pins from WDW

I've managed to hook one of the managers here at work on pin-collecting (hee hee) but no good deed goes unpunished. She has a long list of items she wants to order from WDW. Since I'd like a set of the princess window pins myself, I've agreed to place the order and we'll split the cost of shipping. So, my question is: can I place a pin order by phone, or do I have to fax it in? I thought that at one point you couldn't order more than 5 pins by phone, is that still true? Does anyone know the fax number (or email address) for WDW Merchandising?

On a related note, two of the pins she wants are pinpics #9922 (Pocahontas) and #5654 (Flik). Does anyone know the SKU numbers for those two? I want to make sure that I order the right pins! I'm hopeful that she'll put a really good word in for me come bonus time!
