Ordering pictures from ASI from marathon

I am looking at the "triple print" in the ordering section, where you can pick 3 pictures and it goes on an 11x14 page with your name and finish time for around $40. This looks like the best option for more than one picture without spending big bucks. Anyone ever order this or anything else from them? Good quality...worth the $$? Thanks.

Hey Suzanne--I actually just uploaded all my pictures for both the half and the full yesterday. I know it is expensive but I do a lot of scrapbooking with all the pictures so I just get them. After I upload them, I just get prints made. I ended up getting a lot of good pictures so it was worth it to me. I guess it all depends on how many pictures you had from the race.

Suzanne - I ordered the triple print last year and was really happy with it. Like you, I thought it seemed like the best value if I was going to order multiple pictures anyway. I think I bought that one for home, and a copy of the finish line photo for the office.

I've only ordered from ASI once and I chose to download my pics. The shipping charges to Canada were pretty high and it was only a couple of extra dollars to get everything. They had also sent me a 10% off coupon - not sure how or why I got one.

I was very unhappy with ASI and let them know. they said they would fix it and never did.

Joan--If you don't mind me asking what kind of problems did you have with them? I ordered pictures last year and this year and have been very happy.

They cut off my feet, but in the online photo you could see my feet. I asked them to send a new photo as was shown on line. They said they would but didn't.

It looks strang to see me running without feet.

That stinks that they never sent it to you, I would stay on them until you do with the money you spend to buy the pictures.

Did you order actual prints from them or did you just get the images? Last year I ordered a CD with all the images on it, and this year I just downloaded all the pictures, and I have had no problems at all.

After paying huge shipping charges to get a few pictures mailed to Canada (and they paid about $1) I've wound up ordering the download option for all of my pictures. That works out pretty well, and I'll get someone here to print off the ones I want.
