If you make your own photo holiday cards, what company do you order your from? I tried Shutterfly last year and they were okay. I am looking for a unique card this year. I know there is snapfish and Kodak....any others you would recommend giving a try?

Would you be at all interested in doing your own? A couple of years ago I was in Marshall's and they had the most beautiful selection of Christmas cards with matching envelopes and all you had to do was insert your own photo in the framed area.. They were inexpensive and I received very many compliments on them..

Just thought I would toss that out there if you would be interested in something like that..:goodvibes

We used Snapfish last year and were very pleased with the quality, selection, price & turnaround time.

I used Walgreens last year but they were not spectacular.I was looking at Vistaprint and may use them this year.

tinyprints.com is excellent, and I've been browsing minted.com and they have some really cute things. Both are a little more expensive than Shutterfly (who we had a really tough time with--they kept messing up our cards, and so we ended up not being able to send them until mid-January) or Costco.

I have used Walgreen's for the past couple years. I order them from home, up load the photo's, arrange them on the card how I want and an hour later, pick them up. I think you can do the same thing at Target and other stores that have in-store processing.

We use vistaprint.com. The quality is really good and the photo cards are very sturdy.

I just got an e-mail today from Snapfish -- 50% off all 5 x 7 Christmas cards if you do in store pickup (Meijer by us). That makes them $5.90 per 20 cards -- Great deal for the larger cards. Sale ends Sat, Nov. 14th.

We used tinyprints. I've had them for about a month. :lmao: I really like the design ideas and paper quality.

I have used Snapfish, Shutterfly, Walmart, and Picture People, and very happy with all of them, ( although picture people was expensive!)
i also have used the picture frame cards C Ann is talking about, and put my own photo in, and those are very nice too.

I ordered from Shutterfly this week, I use my own photo.
Hope they come out ok:confused3

Thanks for the idea C.Ann. That is what I always used before and I agree there are some really nice cards out there that you can slip your photo into. I need a card that I can use 2 photos which is why I was looking for an online site.

I ended up using shutterfly. I liked the more "whimsical" cards this year. Found the card I liked, plus the color of the card made the photos stand out more.

I make holiday cards custom ordered... so I say ME! :)
