I have. I called about a broken gift to see if it could be replaced and they said they would replace it as long as I send it back with a recipt, if I ever remember to do it lol. Then I asked about ordering merchandise from them and they told me they could do a order for me. I described what I wanted and left my home number and the next day they called back to tell me they had my stuff and just to confirm everything and I did. They do a very good job they make sure you have the right item down to the last detail. So I will be getting my stuff hopefully this Friday and I will tell you how it works out.

I called 1-(407)-224-5800 *The Universal Mail Room Order Dept.*
Most likely a woman named Kathy will pick up. She did my order and was very nice, sweet, and polite.

I hope this helps you out.
Good Luck! :)

Thanks, Danny729. Was the shipping very expensive?

The shipping I think was about 8 or 9 dollars. I think it depends on what you order though since I ordered like 4 things (2 big mugs, 1 blanket, & 1 armband type thing) it probably cost more for me. But since you just want 2 small sized shirts it shouldn't cost much but I'm not sure you would have to ask when you call.

I got my package today and the first thing I saw when I got home was a big box which was weird since I only ordered 4 small things. The shipping was expensive you can say because it got here express in 2 days and paid like 8 or 9 dollars. I would ask for regular shipping but I never ordered anything before so I didn't know and they didn't ask what kind of shipping I wanted. I opened it and it was full of foam peanuts for protection. The stuff was in a Universal bag with the recipt. I got my mugs that were rapped in alot bubble rap and my other stuff was in there too. I got everything I wanted and it wasn't broken. So if you want to order something from Universal go ahead, I did and it was better than I thought it would be. :)

:thumbsup2 Good Luck
