ordering merchandise?

DD7 lost her dolphin necklace that we bought in Sea World in August. It was not expensive, just has sentimental value. Does anyone know if it is possible to order merchandise directly from Sea World? There is no jewelry in their on-line store.

you might try contacting their customer service. My daughter bought a backpack when we were there two weeks ago. 4 days later the zipper broke. I contacted them and they offered to replace it.
