I want to order some fruit for Christmas, but want to make sure it comes from somewhere that the fruit wont be spoiled, etc. Does anyone have any reccommendations?

Harry and David. One year my parents got me the fruit of the month for a year and OMG was it fab! Not cheap, but delish, plus they guarantee it.

Do not do Indian River. My husband's grandmother used to send us a gift basket from them every year and the fruit was bruised and went bad fast. It had apples, oranges and pears and it was just not worth it. We didn't have the heart to tell her that it was not good. She passed so no more bad fruit.

Harry & David is amazing!

We order our pears from Harry and Davids. I think they are the best. For Oranges we get them through Cushmans ( which I just realized while typing this that they are affiliated with H&D also. They have the best Honeybells but those cant be delivered until January.

Our Marching Band sells fruit as a Christmas fundraiser. They do online ordering and shipping.
Let me know if you would like the info.

Or check around with your local schools, it really helps the schools.

Looking for a fruit of the month club I think. A minimum of 36.xx a month seems like a lot of money a month for 5 pounds or less of fruit.
