Ordering form garden grocer

We will be arriving at Disney next Sunday (9/20). I plan to place an order with garden grocer before we leave but I was wondering when I should have it delivered? Do I need to be there when it arrives or will the resort (Poly) store it somewhere for me? What if I have refrigerated items? I know these questions seem silly - I just don't want to end up with rotten milk! Thanks!

When I went last october, they called me and told me they were delivering it. I laughed and told the guy that it would be one heck of a delivery since I was still in Illinois (about to get into the car services limo actually). He said no problem and dropped it with bell services and they refrigerated the milk and juice for us. No issues.

They'll refridgerate at the resort - just be sure to pre-tip. You might want to put in your order soon, as they do run out of slots.

Yes, get your order in. Sometimes the time slots on a given day can fill up.
There is no problem with keeping the delivery in bell services, and they will keep cold stuff cold for you.
