Ordering Extra buns

Hi , Just thought I would let you know that you can order and extra bun for the Double CheeseBurgers for an extra .70 cents in Epcot .. I imagine that its close to the same in the other parks .

Yes, I've heard of ordering an extra bun at the parks. I find this strange that Disney offers this.

Can you order buns only at a fast food franchise, say like Mdonald's?

I imagine you CAN, but you probably wouldn't want to at somewhere like McD's. IIRC, a double cheeseburger is about 10 cents more expensive than a single there. Why not just get each person a double?

There are so many of us on low-carb diets these days, asking them to "hold the bun" that I'm sure there are a lot of extra buns out there for the asking!!

Heh. Exactly! And doesn't it frost you how when they "hold the bun," you pay the same, yet you know if you ordered an extra bun, they'd charge you? Not that I get worked up over 10 or 15 cents of course, but the principle sort of annoys me. I used to get Taco Bell nachos, no lettuce and no bean, extra tomatoes. They charged me for the tomatoes every time.

We got the extra bun at Peco Bills last week(.79)We got a Double cheese buger with fries and an extra bun. Then we got a single buger and fries. We just put the extra patty on the bun and I smothered my burger in onions and mushrooms! UMMM. We split the fries three was and also shared a large coke. They are glad to give you two extra cups for free. Feed us all three for 17.00.
