Ordering a Birthday Cake

Is it possible to order a birthday cake for a dinner? Of course I know that I would have to have a PS. If it is possible, who do I call?

We were in WDW for my daughters 5th b-day in October, I called and got a PS for LTT and when I mentioned we were celebrating her b-day they asked if I wanted to pay $12.50 for a cake! I said yes! The cake was a 7" vanilla with vanilla buttercream and my DD thought it was great!!!! I'm assuming if you call to make a PS at any restaurant you can oreder a cake! I also ordered a cake before for another b-day from the BW bakery and it was very good, the price was right around $25 for that and it was chocolate with Tinkerbelle!!
