ordered Disney rewards card....where is it?

I ordered my first Disney rewards card (you know, the Chase Visa, you spend money and you get rewards dollars). I have rewards dollars built up and I want to use them on our next trip. I ordered it over a month ago, how kong does it take to come in the mail? I am earning more points. Is there an easy way to add these rewards dollars to the card (when i get it)?

Did you order it online? I have never had it take more than two or three weeks. You may want to call Chase and see if it was sent. Adding points to a card is easy. It just takes a phone call or a couple of clicks on the internet. I have added points while standing in the bus line at POP on our way to MK.

Ours, DH & mine, came within a week after we ordered them. This was over a year ago - we each had $200 extra for our Disney trip last year. I would call them, you should have received it by now.

I agree. You should call them. I ordered mine about 2 months ago - it arrived within a week of ordering it.

When I've ordered one, it's come within 10 days. If you are very close to your trip, you can get a Rewards card at Guest Relations at the Disney parks. Then you call to activate it and link it to your credit card number and transfer your rewards dollars. Very easy!

Mine took 3 weeks. It comes in an envelope that looks like normal Disney Chase correspondence. I just got it yesterday and i ordered it the first week in feb.

We just ordered ours. We got an e-mail when it was sent with instructions that if it did not show up within a week, to let them know and they would re-issue it.

I ordered it the end of January. Just a few days ago I told my husband I couldn't believe it didn't come yet. I was about to call but then I looked in a small stack of mail on the desk that my husband had piled up and there it was, opened and everything! He did not even realize it......MEN!!!!!

How fast can you get the rewards after you make a purchase? If you spend 2k on Monday, when would you be able to load the 20 bucks on your rewards card?

Rewards dollars do not accrue until the billing cycle closes. So it will depend on where you are in your billing cycle.

You'll have to wait until your billing cycle rolls around to get the rewards. I kept watching my account online and as soon as it showed up for the month we were going, I transferred it. It does show up on your card almost immediately.

Don't freak out you can always get at GS location at WDW while on your trip.

Also when you add $ to a card you need to add a minimum of 10 rewards dollars so you'll have to take that into account when adding to your card
