You spend the same amount of time, no matter what part of the resort you stay in. If you board at Peninsular Rd, the bus still runs the rest of the route, so you are still "wasting time" only you are wasting it on the bus.
If you board at the last stop, you go directly to the parks without another stop in the resort. But coming home, you run the route, so you are last off.
We usually stay in the South Point or Old Turtle Pond areas.
Bldgs 23 to 26 are part of the guaranteed "Near Hospitality" booking category,like Boardwalk View at BWV.
The near hospitality area is bldgs 11 to 14, and 23 to 26, with the 60s building used as overflow if the category is overbooked. Also the 60s buildng are the only buildings with elevators, so they are often used for those with mobility issues.
