Order for booking ADR's?

Hello experts! I need some ADR advice! I'm about 2 weeks out from our 180 day mark and we've got everything all planned out. Now I'm just confused as to what order I need to book my ADR's when I call. We'll be going the second week in Feb so it shouldn't be TOO busy but the planner in me is of course still worried. Here's what we'd like to get:

CRT (Flexible on this one, we'd like breakfast or lunch & have 2 days available.)
CP (Breakfast)
O'hana (Dinner, after 9pm)
Mama Melrose F! package (Lunch)
Coral Reef (Lunch)
Teppan Edo (Dinner)
Narcoossee's (Dinner, after 9pm)
Yachtman Steakhouse (Dinner, Valentines day, after 9pm)
Chef Mickey's (Breakfast)
Kona Cafe (Breakfast)
Plaza (Lunch)
WCC (Dinner, after 9pm)
Sci-fi (Lunch)
Yak & Yeti (Lunch)
Jiko (Dinner, between 7 & 9)

Any help would be great! I know CRT & the F! package are hard to get... Plus O'hana. Other than that I'm lost! Oh, and I figure dinner on Valentines day may be a little bit tricky to get.

Just in my opinion, based on some experience and a lot of reading the boards: Note, only the "Group 1" is in actual order, the rest won't likely matter which internal order you do them in
Group 1 - Top Priority - Both the F! packages and 'Ohana are two of the toughest to get now a days. These should be the first to get.

1. Mama Melrose F! package (Lunch)
2. O'hana (Dinner, after 9pm)

Group 2 - High Priority - While still in the upper ranges of difficulty, these are a bit easier than the two above.

• CRT (Flexible on this one, we'd like breakfast or lunch & have 2 days available.) - The difficulty in making CRT reservations has come down quite a bit in the past months. Also, you're flexible so that will help.
• Coral Reef (Lunch)
• CP (Breakfast)
• Chef Mickey's (Breakfast)

Group 3 - Normal - These shouldn't be too hard to get

• Yachtman Steakhouse (Dinner, Valentines day, after 9pm) - This being a holiday may make this more into the "group 2" above, but it should be ok
• Narcoossee's (Dinner, after 9pm)
• WCC (Dinner, after 9pm)
• Jiko (Dinner, between 7 & 9)
• Sci-fi (Lunch)
• Kona Cafe (Breakfast)
• Teppan Edo (Dinner)

Group 4- Low - These should be relatively easy to get

• Yak & Yeti (Lunch)
• Plaza (Lunch)

Again, that's just my unscientific guesses based on what I've seen around here. I like to group them rather than straight out list them because I'm weird .

Personally what I do is base the order of importance like this.

What is MY important place to eat?
Is that place a hard to get ressie or easy?

Then I book accordingly.

Example:
LeCellier is a very hard ressie and we love to eat there.
But Crystal Palace and Ohana is a couple of our favorites and the vacation would not be complete if we don't eat there.
So even though LC is harder, it comes in 3rd for my order.
If I get it great, if not I got what I want...does that make sense?

I put the hard to get reservations towards the end of my week.


I did my reservations at exactly 180 days.
I practiced a few days before--just to see how it works.

I got all 8 of my sit downs at the times I wanted and was done in less then 10 minutes

I noticed you said you are planning to call for ADRs. You've got a lot to book, but there is an hour's advantage starting at 6am ET online vs. 7am ET phone. You could start online at 6am with the highest priority ADRs and then get on the phone at 7am for the Fantasmic package and any of the lower-priority ones that you didn't finish between 6 and 7.
