Hi everyone!!

I have been looking at airfare for my January WDW trip and I found a pretty good fare on United that works for my times.

I am somewhat worried about the return flight, which connects at O'Hare. I would be connecting from a United flight to a United Express flight that will likely fly out a Terminal 2. (So I would be trying to travel from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2). The layover is 55 minutes, but I can't seem to make any sense of the O'Hare airport map to see what the process for changing terminals would be or if this is enough time to make it. There is a flight into Chicago two hours earlier, which would create a three hour layover.

If any ORD experts could give me some advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks! :earsboy:

You would not have to go through security again since you don't have to leave secure areas traveling from one terminal to the other so that will save you time.

It is possible to make it from one terminal to the other with that amount of time even if you are in the farthest terminal 1 concourse. If your flight is late it could be tricky, especially if you are traveling with young children. If there are no other flights after the connecting flights and you don't want to stay in Chicago overnight, you might want to consider the earlier flight just to play it safe.

Another thought is the weather in January. If the weather is poor it could affect arrival and departure times for both flights and the extra time the earlier flight provides might be a good cushion to have.
