Here now and waiting in a SECOND line to redeem my vouchers so I thought I would save someone else the trouble in the future. If you buy the Orbitz tix, you must have the paper print out of the voucher in order to redeem them at Group Sales window (which is where the first employee told me to go). If you only have the e version on your phone, you have to go to Guest Services where they bring you to the inside Guest Services area and let you log into your email acct and print out the voucher (took about 15 minutes once I made it through the line). Very frustrating to me that in this day and age they have to keep "paper proof of my payment" rather than just scanning the bar code and printing the tix! I paid extra to stay onsite to avoid lines and now I've waited in two long lines with 2 excited kids just to get into the parks! Okay, sorry for the rant.
Hope this info saves someone else the same trouble. Update: it took me about an hour from the time I approached the ticketing area until we entered the park. Don't make the same mistake I did! But we had a GREAT day despite the bumpy start.
