Orbitz Promo Code Missing?

Has anyone booked through Orbitz lately? I am looking to book my May trip, and Promo Code box seems to be missing. On Monday, I noticed that they were experiencing high call volumes, so I assumed there was a web page glitch and a lot of people were calling in. I accessed the page again today and still no promo box.

I've opened in IE and Chrome, at home and at work, so I don't think it's a browser issue. I'm ready to book, but I sure would like that extra 15%.

I noticed it was missing as well, but when you choose your room and go to checkout there is a small "if you have a promo code" line. I put the code in and it worked

I looked up the FAQS on this and saw that they moved it to the payment screen. It's quite annoying because you have to enter it each time you are checking out the price of various resorts. They probably are hoping people won't notice the new location for the savings.
