Book a qualifying hotel between December 2, 2014 12:01AM CST and January 4, 2015 11:59PM CST, for 1 or more nights for travel between December 2, 2014 and June 30, 2015, via Orbitz and instantly receive 15% off through the use of the promotion code. Limit one discount per hotel room and one promotion code per booking. Discount may not be used toward the booking of a vacation package. Discounts are not redeemable for cash for any reason. Promotion codes are non-transferable, not for resale, and cannot be combined with other offers. Any attempt at fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Orbitz reserves the right to change or limit the promotion in its sole discretion. Most major chains are excluded, to find participating hotels look for the "PROMO CODE ELIGIBLE" message.

I just checked and the code works for Disney Resorts. This discount would be in addition to existing Disney late-winter discounts. For instance, I checked the week of March 17-24. The nightly rack rate for ASMu during that week is $153/$186 for a standard room, depending on whether it is a weeknight or weekend night. The Orbitz rate without the GIFTME discount is an average of $117/night. After the GIFTME code, it comes down to $99/night!

That's an awesome rate for spring break! If you're planning a trip during that time, you might want to look into it!

I already have a room booked for Caribbean Beach the week between Christmas and New Years. Orbitz says it has no rooms available those dates and for that resort. Is there any way to cancel my room and get it thru Orbitz or is this just too risky?

Orbitz buys blocks of rooms, they no not sell from WDW inventory. Your room would just be release to inventory at rack rate. It would not become available on Orbitz.
