Hi! Anybody used orangevactions.com before? I checked their RPH rates for April and it came out $187!! This is the lowest rates that I have came about for my dates so far? Is this for real?

I checked and got the same rates for Feb 23-26th. I need 21-26, but the first two dates aren't available for internet confirmation, said had to email a request. Weird thing is they required a credit card during the request. Of course, I didn't go through with it. Why would they need a cc# for a rate request??

I checked it out - when I went to the rate description it gives a higher rate for more people in the room (including children). It has the $187 rate for my dates but it's $268 with everyone included...

I'm curious about their reputation too...I might try it if they are cheaper - but I'd be concerned about giving a credit card just to get a quote.

I got brave and booked thru orange vacations. I got RPR for $206 total for March 23-26 which is almost $100 night cheaper than the rack rate I had been quoted. After booking I called RPR and they confirmed I had a reservation there - hope I am not sorry - but needing 2 rooms for 3 nights this is almost a $600 savings.

I am very tempted to use Orange vacations. If Ent/Fan club discounts aren't out soon then I will be using them.

Did you have to pay for your entire stay up front? Also, did you have to give your CC number just to get a quote?

One more question did RPR confirm what your rate was?

In order to confirm I had to put down a deposit of 30%, No I did not get a quote as I used the price on there website. NO when I spoke to RPR I did not think of asking for the price - think I will do that tomorrow. But I do have the confirmation.

I called RPR this morning. She showed my ressie made thru Orange Vacations but they do not show the rate. They do require a one night deposit and the desposit had been made. The balance has to be paid 30 prior to my stay so again I will just verify with RPR that it has been paid. And keep my fingers crossed!
