At first I misread your post and I thought you said your FLORAL budget alone came in at over 21K. I was like OMG, how much flowers are you having! Glad to know that was for the whole wedding!!
 
well without floral, said i didnt want much floral as df is allergic so we are haveing silk

I'm really worried about my BEO now. If you don't mind me asking, out of interest what food did you go with and what price have they quoted? Also what is your cake price coming out at?
 
food is 107pp then pre reception is 14pp cake is 11:50pp 50 min!

we are changin the cake and pre reception

we have a duo plate of chicken and filet
 

there is alot of extra stuff that i put on in the heat of the moment and is coming off straight away
 
no thats in the floral! dont have that yet

10 ficus trees, tulle canopy, 15 extra guests thats all i can think of, oh 2 extra outdoor speakers for the patio is like 250
 
I have four weeks to wait for mine, I know we are going to go over the $10,000 just for the basic things we want.
 
i was expecting 20-25k so i'm not surprised to be honest, i will work to get it to around 8000 without floral
 
Am i right in thinking that you are not given the costings when you go out for planning session?
I was hoping we would have a good idea of costings by the time we got back :sad2:

I'm in the same position and so far I can't get it any lower than $17000 total with floral... sigh...
 
yes no costings at the planning session! We added everything we wanted then we can take it off
 
I'm in the same boat too! I wish they would tell you cost when you go to the PS! It would make it alot easier.

NO PRICES :eek: How on earth are you meant to know what you can afford????? - oh I see now - you choose the things you really really like and then when you get your price breakdown sent out they think that you will try your hardest to pay for all the things you want because in your mind you have already chosen them - very cheeky :sad2: BAD DISNEY !!!

banquet event order, it lists everything you want and the order of the day.

We are cutting our budget, disney are really good at working to your budget
 
so yesterday was our 6 month mark!!! coming round so fast!

We booked a few adrs so i was pleased we got all our first choices.

28th aug- fly to orlando
29th aug - dinner at sci-fi diner
31st aug - welcome dinner at chef mickeys- wanted something light hearted and disney!
1st sep - rehursal lunch at grand floridian cafe
2nd sep - WEDDING!
3rd Sep - goodbye dinner at ohana for friends and family that are leaving
4th sep- mk shoot
7th sep - donalds breakfast at tusker house ak
10th sep - hopefully le cellier for family as its our last night
11th sep - fly to mexico for honeymoon

thats as far as our itinery is at the moment but its a start
