Orange lake waterpark villa

Has anyone stayed in a 2 bedroom villa next to the waterpark? What can we expect as far as views, etc?

Sorry, as many times as we have stayed at Orange Lake, we have never stayed near the water park. I can tell you that I know Orange Lake has several types of villas.... one story, two story, and also high rise/hotel kind of buildings (maybe 5 - 6 stories if I remember right). But the water park is in a very nice area with lots of trees and several world class golf courses. I have never been disappointed with any of the villas we have stayed at. We happen to own a one story villa, but we get switched around when we switch weeks. Enjoy your stay!

I think the ones with the waterpark view are in the buildings with several stories. We have stayed in a similar building, but not facing the waterpark. We had a two-bedroom, and we loved it. It had a very nice layout, and the bathroom was much nicer than the one-story villas.

Thank you for your replies. How are the pools in January? Hopefully they are heated. I paid a little extra to be next to River Island. Anyone else stay in the Condos at River Island? We can't wait to stay here. I hope my teenagers(15,17) will love it here.

Yes, there are heated pools, although I am not sure if all of them are heated. We swam quite comfortably in January 2010.

It was too cold for us swim a couple of weeks ago. We probably would have been ok, but my 2 year old daughter was shaking.
