does come up on sky auction...but lately have noticed that they have not been available as often in the "good" ready set go ....auctions....but only as "orange lake country club" .....such and such dates from now til such and such...
the bids for these auctions have been much higher .....in the 200$ and 300$ range which when you add the mandatory fees of 215$ although not a bad price since it costs us 500$+ in maintenance fees each year for our weeks at orange lake....
it still is a bargain but not as much as it used to be when you could find orange lake on the "ready set go" auctions
