“Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings addressed the latest COVID-19 data in a press release today. The county has maintained a 14-day COVID positivity rate of 4.7%. In Mayor Demings’ phased plan, a positivity rate of 5% or lower is required to eliminate all mask mandates.

Mayor Demings did not officially remove the mandate in his press release, but is expected to do so next week.”

Discussion moved to Community board as at this time Disney has not announced any additional changes to its mask policy.

Im guessing Disney will follow Universal within 2 weeks , probably sooner.

I was expecting Disney to make the call late last night....
I would assume Demmings is waiting till the holiday weekend is over at least (possibly a short time after just to account for and spikes) and once Demmings calls it THAN Disney will drop the ball

This. I've been saying all along the masks would be gone by end ofJune...looks like I was off by a few weeks.
