Orange Beach AL

We are going to Orange Beach AL for spring break. My sister's in-laws have a condo on the beach so that's free. Looking to go completely on the cheap. All that we save goes to WDW in June Looking for free or low cost things to do besides beach/pool. Boys are going deep sea fishing (gift from Grandparents) but other than the Blue Angels and outlet malls, any ideas for things to do? Thanks for any ideas. Dawn

Orange Beach has a great public playground that we always go to. It's on Canal Road, just down the street from the original Doc's Seafood Shack. We always stop there and get shrimp poboys and picnic at the park while the kids play. Gulf Shores has a neat little zoo, too. It was featured on Animal Planet a couple years back as the Little Zoo That Could. There are also several mini golf places in the area.
