We have never planned a dinner so that we can also watch the Fireworks. My parents are going with us this trip and we are celebrating my Mom and my dh's birthdays. I'd love to set up a meal one night so that we can also watch the Fireworks. What are my options?

Thanks!!

Your best option would be California Grill.

other options that have decent/ok views are Narcoosee's and Ohanas (you might get a seat by the window or you could walk out to the beach and watch them)

for epcot you could make a reservation at rose and crown and they will either sit you on the patio (not a guarantee) or if you are inside the building your waitor or waitress will escort you to the patio to watch illuminations.

I suggest for California Grill to make your adrs about an hour before the scheduled firework time. however if you get an earlier adr they will give you a ticket/receipt saying you could come back later to watch the fireworks on the balcony.

although the view for the fireworks at the restaurant are great imo there is nothing better than seeing them first hand in the park

You can also eat at Cinderella's Royal Table. I LOVE having dinner there during Wishes! :goodvibes They dim the lights and pipe in the music! It feels like you are right in the middle of it! The only downfall is CRT is expensive or takes 2 TS credits!

We are going to the 1900 Park Fare for the character dinner, and we will have enough time to walk outside on the beach and see the fireworks. I am so excited!

I've done California Grill and Ohana during fireworks and enjoyed them both very much. If you're going a time of year with a party, keep that in mind! We were able to see the Pirate and Princess fireworks from CG without paying for the hard ticket :woohoo: As a picky eater, though, I don't know that I'd go back to CG. I love Ohana though! Usually by firework time the madness has leveled out and we've always had a quiet meal with a great view...I actually have reservations there next week to see the MNSSHP fireworks  I've also been there for a birthday celebration and they brought out a cake (no charge!) along with the traditional birthday cupcake. It was the perfect end to one of my all time favorite Disney days!
