Options for 4th,5th,6th...FP+ at MK

We're arriving to MK around 3:30 pm after a morning in Epcot where we have done our FP+ reservations.

I've got two questions:

1) If our last FP+ reservation is around 12pm-1pm, as soon as it's over, can we immediately go to an Epcot kiosk OR use the Disney app in our phones to book a 4th FP in MK? Or we must be in MK in order to do that?

2) What are usually the best options that still have FP+ in MK for a 4th FP (around 1 pm, depending on the first question) and other 5th or 6th FP+ to book around 4-6 pm? (of course to do at evening!)
Do you guys think Pirates, Jungle Cruise, any New Fantasyland ride, etc will be open?

We'll be at MK on the 10th of August.

We usually get Pirates, Jungle Cruise, the flying carpets, Haunted Mansion and Dumbo as add ons.

What I'm doing to plan for our trip is watching on the Lines app for afternoon/evening wait times that are routinely longer than 30 minutes and that still usually have FP available. Plenty of options in MK.

You can book your 4th for MK after you have used your third at Epcot. You can book it using the app.

You can book as soon as you tap through that last FP+ tapstile. IE: hit your last FP+ and book the 4th while you are walking through the FP line to ride.

We were able to book several FP at MK late afternoon/evening on our trip. If you don't see what you want, keep checking/refreshing. 7DMT was the one that I could not get either of our (2) MK days
