Options at Hungry Bear

My family and I love eating at the Hungry Bear restaurant every time we go to Disneyland. Would I be able to get a hamburger there wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun? I'm on a low carb diet, though I might treat myself when I actually go.

I've never done it personally, but most of the keto Disney food blogs say it can be done at Hungry Bear.
