Hi everyone. I was just wondering which is your favorite AS Value to stay at. I have never stayed value before but i'm just wondering. Does one AS have perks that another doesn't? Thanks in advance

I would think All Star Music is the one with "perks". THose being movies by the pool, it is in the middle of the 3, so walking to the others is very easy. It is also 2nd for the bus route.
NOw as far as other perks, the are pretty much the same. But being in the middle offers "perks" of it's own.

Hi I have been to ASMU and ASMo our favorite is movies . We have a huge Buzz Lightyear fan and we just couldn't go wrong. Our 2010 trip my then 18 yo nephew 1st trip to Disney were as excited over Toystory section as the little guy. If traveling with only adults on a budget I would pick ASMU .

We had a great time at All Star Sports! The only other value we've stayed at was Pop and we enjoyed that too. Sports has great theming for sports nut little boys like I have. I was in a bottom floor room in the first Football section which made it closest to the food court and bus stop. The food court was GREAT! Pop's food court had more variety but our room was pretty far away and the week we went was rainy. With only one bus stop at the main building (just like Sports) it made for a soggy start and end to our day.

I have stayed at the Sports and Movies. I like them both. I'm not a huge sports fan.. but I can appreciate the theme because my children are into sports, especially the boys.

ASMovies will always be my favorite value resort because it hold a special place in my heart. It was our very first Disney resort and we love Buzz and Woody! I love the seeing Mickey the Sorcerer at the pool spitting water around him.

I enjoyed both of the food courts. They both have great selections. I'm quite sure that ASMu is the same.

We've only been to Movies but we loved it - there are HUGE characters from Toy Story (one of our favs - we stayed in the Toy Story building and were overlooking Andy's bedroom .... sooooo cool!!) Fantastia, 101 Dalmations. You are totally immersed in Disney.

They also do movies in the pool each night, the food court imo was good. I didn't have any complaints about it.

They are all much of a muchness from what I've read (food courts, movies by the pool, bus service etc etc) so choose by what your favourite theme would be

Been to all -- and they all have movies by the pool now.

I liked the personality of the people at ASSpo -- they were the most social.
I liked the ambiance of ASMusic
I liked the ICONS at Movies -- and the fact that my standard room was right by the Pool

but my favorite is POP.
The pools, the food, the ambiance, the people -- everything all fun and tidy and wrapped up in one nice little bow.

If you have never stayed before -- POP would be where i would want to stay.

Stayed at ASmo and Asmu and Pop and out of the three we liked Asmu the best!

Theming super cute, rooms were so clean, movies at the pool at night! We were all the way in Broadway but it was still a very short walk to the main building!

I will be honest I wanted to go back to Asmo, DH picked Asmu but I ended up loving it from the moment we checked in!

Doesn't All-Star Music have a rose garden somewhere? I meant to check that out when we took middle daughter to AS Movies have her picture taken with the ballerina from Fantasia II (daughter criticizes her form but was still excited to get the picture ), but it got too late.

I stayed at ASMovies in 2008 and then 2009. After the 2009 trip i VOWED never to go back.
We went down to Disney May 31- June 2 for good freinds wedding. We were offered discounts and I decided after the renovations and updating a bit at ASMovies, we woudl give it a go again.

We LOVED it and it was basically brand new looking. OUr room looked like it had never been touched. The other resorts I really don't care for with the AS resorts!

I woudl say MOVIES!

My favorite is ASMusic as it has more of an adult feel and tends to be a bit more quiet as it attracts honeymooners and seniors. IMHO Pop has the better food court--I really like the grilled flatbreads, but that has to be balances with 1,000 more rooms and the noise and chaos that accompanies such....
But I have multiple visits at each one and I don't think you can go wrong with any!

Adults only: POP (more adult themed, especially rooms)

With kids: Movies (more room detail IMO, we really thought Music rooms were kinda boring)
