Opinions WANTED! Where should we stay?

We have taken three trips to the World. We have always stayed at the CR. The last two, we have stayed Club level. I would like to stay at one of the resort on the Boardwalk. It will be a special trip celebrating my daughter's graduation from college, and my husband's return from deployment. It will be five of us, dh, myself, dd 21, dd 15, and ds 12. We have never even visited the boardwalk area on previous trips. My kids love all the parks equally, and they do love the monorail, but I would like to stretch their experinces. All they know are the monorail resorts. Any suggestions? We are planning on going in late May of 14, if it makes any difference. We have only gone at Christmastime in the past. Thanks!

If you can swing it, I would totally get a deluxe club level room at the Boardwalk Inn. The room is huge and amazing with guaranteed boardwalk views and club level services at the Boardwalk are amazing. Discounts can be applied to this room, too.

Out of the Epcot resorts, we've only stayed at the BC but have visited the YC and BWI many times. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them as they are all beautiful resorts. I would look at the theme/decor of each of them and choose the one that appeals to you the most. Good luck.

I agree! BW is absolutely beautiful, offers plenty to do and see, and the club level rooms are fantastic! You're also a mere hop, skip and jump away from the International Gateway entrance to EP. Can't go wrong, IMO!

The Boardwalk pool is pretty tame. Just has one mediocre slide. I think your teens would prefer The Beach or Yacht Club for Stormalong Bay. So much fun!

Also Beach Club is only a 5 minute walk to Epcot.

I would say the same thing that others have said, you cannot go wrong with any that you choose. Do not let walking distance be the deciding factor. BC is a minute or so closer than the YC to Epcot, but YC is closer to the boat dock. I personally have stayed at the YC in club level and loved it. The YC is my favorite of the three in it's decor and theming. I say go with the theming that has the most appeal to you. Either way, you will love any of the three.
