Opinions / Suggestions on My ADR's Wanted

Okay - I made all my ADR's months ago at the 180 day mark and now I'm starting to second guess a few of them.

We arrive 10/19 after diiner, so no ADR's that day
10/20 5 pm Chef Mickey's - The one place my kids insist on going back to
10/21 5:40 pm BOMA
10/22 5:50 pm Le Cellier
10/23 4:05 pm Crystal Palace (MNSSHP Night )
10/24 6 pm Chef's De France
10/25 4:20 Mama melrose Fantasmic Package
10/26 5:30 Spoodles
10/27 9:05 am Akershus Princess Breakfast

So the ones I'm most unsure of are: (1) Chef's De France which I'm tempted to change to Coral Reef but DH doesn't eat seafood , he's a steak and pasta kind of man (no potatoes - he doesn't eat that either
(2) Mama Melrose - we booked it because of the fantasmic seating but's it the only bad meal we had on our last trip and we really have no desire to go back. The problem is Brown Derby doesn't appeal to DH at all and Hollywood & Vine sounds unappealing. So do we give up the Fantasmic Package and just wait in line or is it worth it to have a blah meal to get seats?
and (3) Spoodles - I was really looking forward to this meal based on reviews but the new menu looks less than appealing .

Any way, if anyone has any suggestions / thoughts, I'd appreciate it. I can't beleive I'm stressing about where I'm going to eat in 3 months and yet I still don't know what I'm eating for dinner tonight.

10/23 4:05 pm Crystal Palace (MNSSHP Night ) we go there every year before the MVMCP
10/24 6 pm Chef's De France ate there a few times and remember it as very good
10/25 4:20 Mama melrose Fantasmic Package blech, get better food on an off night at the Olive Garden
10/26 5:30 Spoodles Went there for dinner once and remember it as ok
10/27 9:05 am Akershus Princess Breakfast great food, wonderful Princess interaction, would go again

These are just my experiences, yours may be better (or worse )

I think you're choices are great.

MGM is always a tough one for me too...no favorites, so I usually end up at Mama Melrose too. You could try for Prime Time, however, if you had a bad experience at MM previously.

MickeyNicki - thanks for the comments. We loved Le Cellier and am glad to hear that you enjoyed Crystal Palace before MNSSHP and the Princess Breakfast. I think I'm going to change MM - I agree with your assessment. It was terrible italian food, not even as good as the local pizzeria's in NJ.

Here's my idea - cancel MM and make a ADR for Sci-Fi on my MGM day and pay OOP. Then cancel Spoodles and book California Grill or another 2 TS meal with the TS credits saved from MM. What do you think?

Thanks - the problem with Prime Time is that my DH doesn't eat veggies or potatoes or mushrooms or rice or ...... And since he's so picky, he's guarenteed to get harrassed about it and he'd hate that and it would ruin the meal and the day. His parents were beleivers in the clean plate club and they scarred him for life I can't even suggest he try a new food without him getting defensive so unless i could somehow let the server know to leave DH in peace, this won't work.
