Need opinions on late Nov ADRs please. We are taking a short trip arriving 11/27 till 12/1, with DxDP. I'm thinking of leaving one ADR for that trip un-booked until late Sept. That is because on our Sept trip we're trying Cali Grill for the 1st time. If we love it we'd like to go again in November, but if we don't love it then obviously we would not go back. Do you think based on late Nov supposedly being slow, that we would be able to get a Cali Grill ADR in late Spet for late Nov? Sorry for the long winded question!!

I'd book it then if you decide to cancel after September you can.

Even during slow times CG is one of the most popular places so I would book it now. It's easier to cancel a reservation you don't want, then try to get CG 2 months before the trip.

Thanks to both posters. I think we'll follow your advice. I'm sure we'll love Cali Grill anyway!
