We are traveling with a group of 14 next summer. My niece who will be 2 would love a princess breakfast. I am trying to determine which location would be best for her and have narrowed it down to 1900 Park Fare and Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. We have decided that we don't want to do CRT.

I know Alice in Wonderland/Mad Hatter and Cinderella are at 1900 Park Fare. Which other characters are there?

Which characters/princesses are at Akershus?

Between the two, which has better character interaction? Food?

TIA

1900 parkfare has way better food in my opinion, the character interaction was great, the mad hatter is a hoot and alice spent alot of time with us asking questions, I don't recall seeing cinderella there though, just alice, mary poppins, pooh bear and the mad hatter

We like the buffet at 1900 Park Fare better but the kids like the Princesses at Askerhaus better. Both had great character interaction but they really liked seeing the princesses without having to wait in some huge line.

When we were at 1900 Park Fare they also had Mary Poppins, Pooh and Tigger. Don't know if they change from time to time or if they stay the same.

Hope this helps some. :)

Good to know. I thought I saw that Cinderella is at 1900 PF...maybe it's for dinner? Cinderella is a *must* so it looks like Askerhouse would be the best choice.

Thank you!

We have been to 1900 for breakfast and dinner and honestly the food, service and the loud atmosphere at both meals were terrible and had us running for the door and never want to dine there again

Princess breakfast in Norway was amazing, we have been there twice and the food was great, the service was great but the character interaction was amazing. Would not hesitate to go there again

Cinderella may be at the 1900PF in the evening, but *not* at Akershus. We entirely *missed* Cinderella on our 9day stay. At Akershus, we saw Ariel, Sleeping Beauty, Jasmine, and had a photopass picture with Belle. They have a parade through the restaurant with the kids following which is a lot of fun. The food was a cold buffet (yogurt, cheeses, herring (yuck), pastries, etc.) and a hot skillet brought to the table (eggs, sausages, bacon, potatoes). We obviously went to the breakfast (was unsure how the kids would do with Norwegian fare).

Oh geez..I thought Cinderella was at Askerhouse too. Is the only place to see Cinderella at CRT? This is going to throw a big monkey wrench in my obsessive planning! ;)

I think the lineup at Akershus can change. We went about a month ago and had a late lunch at Akershus. We saw Belle, Cinderella, Ariel, Snow White, Aurora.

We have done breakfast at Akershaus evry year since 2002 and have never seen Cinderella there. We have seen Belle, Sleeping Beauty, Mary Poppins, Jasmine, Ariel, Snow White, but never Cinderella.

I believe Cinderella only does dinner at 1900 Park, not breakfast. Breakfast has Alice, Mad Hatter, Mary Poppins, Pooh. If she really wants to see Cinderella, I would book the dinner. You get the stepmother and sisters too. She might really enjoy it.

at 1900 Park Fare has Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremine, Druscilla, Anastasi and the Fairy Godmother. Cinderella does appear at Askerhus but the princesses rotate and will vary. She meets all of the guests at CRT in the downstarirs area.
