Opinions on Travelodge Maingate East

I'm looking at this hotel...any opinions on it? Staying there with 4 kids and myself.

I also just called an spoke to the hotel--it is a pet friendly hotel, and they are currently undergoing renovations. The lady explained that they have two "towers" and guests are placed in the one not undergoing renovation--and these rooms have not been renovated yet.

Howard johnsons are usually cheap.

Also--if you or DH are any type of government employee (state, local, teacher, fire, police, contractor, etc--they are very liberalin the term government employee) try the getravelop.com website. You can get a condo for $299--for a week including all taxes. If you are not going to use the whole week so what? For that price--it's worth it. Plus you can eat breakfast and maybe lunch or dinner if you take a break at the condo.
