Opinions on our Plan

Okay. We have made reservations for our upcoming trip and I wanted to know everyone's opinions on it. Any tips, restaurant reviews or suggestions are greatly appreciated =] (we are doing the DDP by the way)

Day 1:
We arrive around 2
What we're doing: Hanging out at SS
Lunch: Artist's Pallette
Dinner: The Turf Club (8:00 ADR)

Day 2:
What we're doing: Epcot
Breakfast: Seasons
Lunch: The Garden Grill (12:25 ADR)
Dinner: Electric Umbrella

Day 3:
What we're doing: Magic Kingdom
Breakfast: ?? (maybe cereal in the room)
Lunch: Tony's Town Square (12:55 ADR)
Early Dinner: Casey's Corner
Late Dinner: California Grill (9:50 ADR)

Day 4:
What we're doing: Not sure. Magic Kingdom in the morning. Maybe another park in the afternoon. Probably Downtown Disney at night.
Breakfast: Crystal Palace (10:10 ADR)
Lunch: ??
Dinner: ??

Day 5:
What we're doing: Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom at night
Breakfast: ??
Lunch: Tusker House (11:40 ADR)
Dinner: ??

Day 6:
What we're doing: DHS and maybe Epcot EMH
Breakfast: ??
Lunch: 50's Prime Time Cafe (11:45 ADR)
Dinner: Getting Hot Dogs Before Fantasmic

Day 7:
What we're doing: All of our favorites. Maybe AK in the morning, Epcot in the Afternoon, and Magic Kingdom at night
Breakfast: ??
Lunch: ??
Dinner: Akershush (4:20 ADR)

Day 8:
What we're doing: Going Home
Breakfast: Artist's Palette
Leaving around 2

I will throw out the suggestion for Day 5 Dinner.... Maybe give the new location at the Contemporary a try... "The Wave".

Looks like you have a great plan started and lots of great places to eat! Are you on the Deluxe plan? With all the TS locations and some signature ones thrown in there I am assuming you are?

Well.. funny story actually. My dad is not going to come to our resort until the 4th or 5th day. But, disney is still making us pay for his credits. So.. we have to use them all up =\
