Opinions on my arrival day plan?

Looking especially to see if I'm estimating enough time for the various parts.

We arrive at MCO at 11:30 am on Saturday, June 1, 2019. We are doing Magical Express to the Poly (DVC), and I think we should be there around 1:30 pm. I figure we will have time to grab something to eat from Captain Cook's and possibly get into our room. If our room isn't ready, we plan to leave our carryon stuff at bell services and explore the resort a bit, perhaps packing swimsuits in our carryon. If our room is ready, we may just unpack and relax there for a bit, before heading over to MK for the evening.

My plan is to book our three fastpasses for some of our favorites in Tomorrow and Fantasy land. It is "Gay Day" at MK, so I think it will be pretty busy, but we can take advantage of some of our favorites that don't really draw crowds like Carousel of Progress and Philharmagic if it is crowded. We are going to play staying for the fireworks by ear, because we will have two other day at MK.

Sound reasonable? Any additions or deletions?

Sounds similar to what we did last month. We got to MK at about 4:30, used FPS, rode PeopleMover, had snacks and watched HEA from Fantasyland. We did the Rapunzel lantern photo before leaving. It was a really fun evening.
